TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
 
DT-8000 metal detector / separator detects and separates metals in/from tablets (capsules/pills/tablets).
It has an automatic separation system to remove polluted tablets, capsules or pills with ferrous/non-ferrous metallic particles.
Built ​​in stainless steel AISI 316 with a swivel base that allows the system to adjust its slope. Main standpipe can be adjusted in height, to allow connection with the tablet de-dusting unit through a small hopper. (Ref. WYNKA DS-6000)
Body protection and support structure built in stainless steel AISI 304.
The control unit / sensor assembly are mounted separately on a frame (fitted with drive wheels) wheels. It can be adjusted in height and angle as required during operation. In this way, we can have effective control of product flow rate, as well as input / output height.
